If you've visited Duikvaker in recent years, you certainly haven't missed it: the captivating photo exhibition at the DuikeninBeeld stand in Hall 1. It showcases stunning large-format images from a diverse array of underwater photographers! The exhibition will return for Duikvaker 2026, and this is your chance to have your photo—and its accompanying story—featured.

Our goal? To present a diverse exhibition featuring stunning photography alongside engaging, beautiful, insightful, or unique narratives. The exhibition will display 24 photos, each accompanied by its backstory. While some selections are already underway by our team, one of the remaining six spots could be yours!

You can submit an underwater photo, complete with its accompanying story, up until December 14, 2025. Should your photo be selected for the exhibition, you'll receive a high-quality, large-format print of your featured image to take home at the close of Duikvaker – absolutely free!

And it's not just you who gets to take a photo home… mirroring previous years, the public will also have a chance to win prints of the exhibition photos. An additional set of prints from the expo will be raffled off among fair attendees, who will have the opportunity to specify which photo they'd like to win during the event.

It's a triple win: your photo is showcased in the exhibition, you get to give it a place of honor in your own home afterward, and you bring joy to a visitor.

An Online Exhibition Too
All submitted photos, along with their stories, will be published on DuikeninBeeld throughout 2026. This includes entries that may not be selected for the Duikvaker exhibition.
