Extra Divers Opens New Center in Lahami Bay – Starting in 2026

Extra Divers is expanding: from February 2026, we welcome you to Lahami Bay, the southernmost dive center in Egypt! Our modern dive center is located directly within the Lahami Bay Resort, idyllically situated on the beach of a protected bay.

Get ready for spectacular dives: from the house reef right in front of the base to trips by Zodiac, speedboat, or day boat to the most beautiful dive sites around Hamata and Berenice – many of which were previously only accessible by liveaboard.

Highlights such as Sha‘ab Claudio, Abu Galawa, Sha‘ab Maksur, and the famous Sataya Reef with its playful dolphin pods make Lahami Bay a dream destination for divers.
